Burdock Root

• Burdock root supports digestive health.*

Directions: To prepare drink, use 2 tbsp of roots for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 1 hour, then drain it and take 1/2 cup 2-3 times daily 20-30 minutes before meals for better health.
Store in a cool, dry place.
