Rhodiola Rosea

• Rhodiola rosea supports blood pressure levels and promotes mental alertness and memory.*

Directions: To prepare drink, pour 5 cups of boiling water over 1 tsp of the root. Allow to steep for 1-2 hours and strain. Take 1-2 cups 2-3 times daily for best results. Store in a cool, dry place.
