Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Salem Botanicals. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery timelines begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. Salem Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to United States only.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Salem Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly. We recommend verifying the shipping address, checking with neighbors, and contacting the carrier before reaching out to us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Salem Botanicals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Subscription Orders & Shipping

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as standard orders. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or redirected.
