Chicory Root
- Chicory root stimulates blood sugar and promotes weight loss.*
Directions: To prepare drink, add 1 tbsp of root into 1 cup of boiling water. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Take 1-2 times daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
