Coltsfoot Leaf

• Coltsfoot leaves support respiratory health by promoting expectoration and soothing the throat.*

Directions: To prepare drink, use 2 tbsps of leaves for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 4 hours then drain it and take 1/3 cup 3 times daily for better health. Store in a cool and dry place.
