Comfrey Root

• Comfrey root promotes anti-inflammatory effects and skin health. Supports healthy bones and joints.*

Directions: To prepare infusion, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tsp of root. Allow to steep for 1 hour and strain. Use in bath or prepare as a compress for skin, bones and joints.
Store in a cool and dry place.
