Juniper Berry
- Tea made from these berries will make an excellent remedy for the upper respiratory tract. Has diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties.*
Directions: To prepare drink, take 1 tbsp. of berries into 2 cups of boiling water. Allow to steep until room temperature. Take 1 tbsp 3 times daily for best results. Store in a cool and dry place.
