Lady's Mantle Herb
- Lady's mantle herb helps promote respiratory health and supports healthy skin. Good for women over the age of 50.*
Directions: To prepare drink, use 1 tsp of herbs for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep 30 minutes, then drain and take 1/2 cup 2 times daily before meals for better health. Store in a cool, dry place.
