Lemon Balm Blend

• Lemon balm herb has a calming effect that promotes relaxation. Soothes the digestive tract.*

Directions: To prepare drink, use 1 tbsp of herb for 2 cups of boiling water. Steep for 30 minutes; allow to cool and then strain. Take 1/2 cup 3-4 times daily for better health.
Store in a cool, dry place.
