Pine Buds

Directions: To prepare drink, use 1 tbsp of buds for 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep for 2 hours. Take 2 tbsp 3 times daily. Add sugar or honey to taste, heat until dissolved. Store in a cool, dry place.
