Plantain Leaf

• Plantain leaf supports the stomach and digestive tract. It also promotes respiratory and skin health.*

Directions: To prepare drink, use 3 tsp of leaves for 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 4 hours, then drain it and take 1/3 cup 3 times daily for better health. Store in a cool and dry place.
